There be Monsters! heads to Hobart, Indiana for a screening at the Audience Choice Award Film Festival on January 28th.
Now that I’ve been back in Boston a few days and somewhat caught my breath, I just wanted to say a few words of thanks to the My Hero Project, not only for honoring THERE BE MONSTERS! but also for the great work that the Project does.
I encourage everyone to go to their site and be inspired by the stories there, including the 2011 Festival Winners (You may even find one by yours truly).

The 2011 My Hero International Film Festival is this weekend – and they added There be Monsters! to the list of screenings for Saturday, December 3. I’ll be there for the screenings and the Awards Dinner after, so if you are in Los Angeles, come on down to the USC School of Cinematic Arts and see some award winning films (including mine
, support a great cause and say hello.
We are pleased to announce that There be Monsters! has been awarded 3rd place in the animation category at the 2011 My Hero International Film Festival; and you’ll find our little film featured on their web site. Given the charter and prestige of the My Hero Project, it is quite an honor.
Tom will be attending the Awards Ceremony at the University of Southern California’s Ray Stark Family Theater on December 3rd, 2011.
